Guide1. Import a sequence from AAF (Advanced Authoring Format) into DaVinci Resolve
Go to File > Import Timeline > "Import AAF, EDL, XML...". Select the file and click Import.
2. Export the sequence for Final Cut 7 XML from DaVinci Resolve
Go to the EDIT workspace, select the sequence in your bin and go to File > "Export AAF, XML...". Select the format "FCP 7 XML" and press Save.
3. Import the sequence from Final Cut 7 XML in Adobe Premiere Pro
Open your project in Premiere Pro and go to File > Import. Select the XML file and import it.
4. Done
